1. Introduction Welcome to Supreme Doors & Windows (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Supreme Doors & Windows provides door and window installation, repair, and related services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Estimates and Quotes All estimates and quotes provided by Supreme Doors & Windows are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if there are changes to the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of percentage/% of the total project cost is required upon acceptance of the quote.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
• Payments can be made via accepted payment methods.

5. No Refunds All payments made for work and labor are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of our services and the investment of time and resources required.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

• We offer a 1-5 years warranty on our workmanship.
• Any defects or issues must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible for repairs or adjustments.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Doors & Windows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in question.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Doors & Windows, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
